Net aware subscription

Hi I can’t find my subscription. Found it in Google pay but my bell is not recording events and/ I can’t find it?

If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and click on your subscription, does it show the same Google Nest "home/structure" as the one you are connecting to in the Google Home app?
