Rush Hour Rewards - wrong company

I was notified by my electric company that I was no longer enrolled in Rush Hour Rewards.  When I went into the Nest app, it showed I was still enrolled.  I also checked the Google Home app, still appeared to be enrolled.  The logical next step for me was to un-enroll, to try and re-enroll.  After un-enrolling, the app suggested the wrong company to re-enroll with, and I cannot determine how to change the company.  If I try to sign up with the renewhome.com link for my utility company, it says I have no eligible homes.  I have confirmed my address is correct in all apps (nest, home, renewhome.com), and I am still a customer with my electric company.  Any other suggestions?  I do have an open support case as well, but they have not been much help.
