I have the Google AI plan from Google One which includes a Google Home Premium subscription as a benefit. Up to now, I had Nest Aware from ADT and I couldn't apply the benefit to my home because of it. I called ADT and cancelled my Nest Aware with them and got the confirmation email that my Nest Aware was cancelled and my cameras all now have the limited history and prompt me to sign up for Google home Premium. However now when I go to into the Home app and click Home Settings -> Nest Services -> Subscriptions -> Nest Aware instead of opening the nest aware management page where I could previously see my ADT-managed subscription as well as the option to apply my Google One benefit, after cancelling ADT Nest Aware it now just keeps looping me back to the Home app's dashboard without opening the subscription page at all. Have tried clearing app cache, uninstalling/reinstalling app, tried on different networks and devices. The credit apparently HAS to be applied through the app. Trying to go via browser it tells me to open the Home app to do it. Have contacted Google support and been escalated and they've confirmed my ADT nest aware is no longer on account but still stuck in app loop.

I found a solution by going to the Google Store on browser and purchasing a subscription there. That seemed to cause some kind of refresh within the Home app and I noticed that the subscriptions menu items updated from Nest Aware to Google Home Premium. After that clicking subscriptions in the Home app advanced into the proper page, and I had the option to apply my Google Home Premium benefit from Google One to my current subscription plan. So took a roundabout way but I seemed to have ended up in the right place. Let me know if that works for you as well.

I have exactly the same problem. didn't have Nest Aware before, but I do have Google AI Pro plan and now a Nest Outdoor-cam. Whenever I click on the benefit, it loops me back to the starting page of the app, exactly, as you described.
Ticket ist open, but no help till now.
Deleting cache, reinstalling both Google One and Google Home App didn't work.
I even tried it on a second phone...so this couldn't be the issue.
Must be something totally wrong in the backend. Can't understand, why Google obviously doesn't test the most basic features, like accepting a benefit, when rolling out these services.
