When does the free camera show up?

When I subscribed to the google home premium one month trial, it promised me a free nest camera.  The trial is about to end.  When will the camera arrive?

I responded to that form, but I wasn't sure what the community thread question meant.  

Anyway, my trial ends 3/13. I never got the camera and so I never got to try it out.  The rest of the home service (turning on lights, playing music, and answering questions) all worked fine without the $100 annual upgrade, so without the camera, I don't know what else I would be paying for - so I'd like to cancel the trial if I cannot receive the camera.  Thanks, Pete
