My Nest is set at 65 but it is 78 in my house. Has been all day. It isn't cooling. Not sure why Air conditioner only 3 years old. Can someone help me?

I have this same issue. It is 78 in my house cooling ser at 65. It's been like that all day. Air is on or maybe fan. Cant tell.
