My front door camera goes offline constantly. I need to go to the line where it plugs into the Wi-Fi circle, unplug then plug back in. Then it connects. Not the power outlet, the part that plugs into the round Wi-Fi part. My wi-fi booster is only 10 ...

My thermostat lost power then lost the Wi fi connection. I attempted to charge it with multiple cords, but it does not seem to charge. Is It defective? It's only 1 year old, Thanks!
