I just had this over the weekend with 2 thermostats. It took awhile to

searched and searched last week after our thermostat went to 80° every
afternoon at 2pm. It looked like I wasn't signed up until I logged in
with my Google account, and then there it...
We were having this happen last week. The thermostat seemed to be
following its own schedule and not the ones we had set up. It turned out
that we were somehow enrolled in Seasonal Savings through Nest Renew.
Even the Help screens won't direct there....
