My Yale x nest lock randomly stopped working. It wouldn't connect
anymore. I attempted to factory reset the lock several times just as the
instructions dictated. It will not reset. Regardless of how long I hold
it. Any advice would be appreciated.
I literally have the same issue. I too and stuck and need a reply. The
hard reset doesn't work. I uninstalled the lock and now i can no longer
controll it remotely and only the master works.
