Yale x nest lock won't factory reset

My Yale x nest lock randomly stopped working. It wouldn't connect anymore. I attempted to factory reset the lock several times just as the instructions dictated. It will not reset. Regardless of how long I hold it. Any advice would be appreciated.

My (3 months ) Yale x nest lock stopped working user passcode (Working on master code only). I attempted to do factory reset multiple times its not even responding tried all format . Even I I hold it for a min - Its not working .  Nest mesh was able to reset  but the Yale lock is not responding and the blue light is not appearing even after a long press.

 

either blue light has to appear after a press to connect or factory reset need to work . Please let me know do I need to replace or need to update ?   

Any advice would be appreciated. 

I literally have the same issue. I too and stuck and need a reply. The hard reset doesn't work. I uninstalled the lock and now i can no longer controll it remotely and only the master works.

It's resolved yesterday.. we have to try multiple time.. 

1. Remove the first and last battery 

2.remove the screw

3. Then press the factory rest button . While pressing itself put the battery on both side 

4. Try 2 or 3 time.. some what clicked me and all data got reset. 

5. I started from resetting the master code 

6. Also able to connect  with app.
