Google Nest Community

I'm installing a Nest Thermostat and my old system has a few extra wires, such as two R wires and two W wires. What do I do with those?  

I am not sure if my current system would be compatible. It asked me if to select the wires that I currently have and told me that I would be compatible for the nest, nest learning and next E, but it also said if it shows 110 or 120v that it won't wor...
