I can't connect my nest thermostat to WiFi and have spent hours on chat
support going through all the troubleshooting. Now they want a pic of
the w5 error, but I can't seem to find it again. I am so frustrated
I am getting a replacement thermostat as my current one is faulty, but I
m told its not the whole unit. How do I separate it from the Base?
