Jeff, can you please share some target metrics so we can confirm improved performance before we start troubleshooting and/or continue the bad press against Nest Wifi?

I’ve been on the phone and such with Google. They are telling to factory reset all wifi devices and that should fix the problem, they think.

What’s the latest? I’m paying for 1gig internet (fiber to my house from FIOS) but won’t get more than 100kb leaving the nest router.
