I unplugged forabout 72 hours. Changed SSID and it dtillsays attached to previous account. Any other suggestions. I hate not having my security camera down for almost a week now Has to be an easier way Nest

I just unplugged for 48 hours and didn’t change the SSID until after and didn’t work. I have since changed the SSID. And laterthis afternoon will be the 2nd 48 hours. And will try and see if it is disconnected from previous account
