I recently went to log in to my app and nothing showed. I created a new home and I was able to easily re add 2 thermostats connect and door lock. It the best hello doorbell cam still shows attached to other account. I did factory reset by holding in button on back and the doorbell for 10-12 seconds. And when re adding still shows attached to other account. How do I delete it without having previous login info?

I just unplugged for 48 hours and didn’t change the SSID until after and didn’t work.
I have since changed the SSID. And later
this afternoon will be the 2nd 48 hours. And will try and see if it is disconnected from previous account

I unplugged for
about 72 hours. Changed SSID and it dtill
says attached to previous account. Any other suggestions. I hate not having my security camera down for almost a week now Has to be an easier way Nest
