How can this be fixed? Fan symbol shows it running but there is no fan running and no sound of a fan running. Apple app tried to make sure it was off on the wall unit as well. Frustrating.

I finally had success this morning!! I had to reset the entire unit in order to get it linked to my Wi-Fi, which it already was, but also be able to add it to the Nest app and program it. Thanks to everyone who helped out. I think there should be a c...
