Getting notifications intermittently

I'm not consistently getting event notifications. Seems like there's no rhyme or reason - I'll get a notification (person seen) in the morning, and I won't get a notification of the same type of event (person seen) on that same camera in the afternoo...

Not getting "unmounted" notifications

I used to get notifications if my cameras were off their mounts. Now I don't. My GH app is on an iphone 15 and everything is updated.

Battery Nest Cams plugged in stop charging at 80%. I need to charge them to 100%. Is there a way to do that without physically unplugging and plugging them back in - in other words, on the app?
