I already replied to Princess, and others. I did fill out the form
previously and have a case Case ID [2-3833000033064] filed 10/15 with
David. Supposedly it was escalated and someone was supposed to call or
email me and neither have occurred.
At the beginning of my thread I explained that I attempted the reset by
1) turning mic off, holding the mini over the lights for 30 plus
seconds, 2) plugging and unplugging the mini 15+ times with 30 seconds
intervals in between.
