Me too. To be fair to Google their customer service in dealing with the issue has been first class. Shame they obviously have a major issue with the heat link units.

Have you tried this? I don't have time to wait for hour on the line until they pick up.

Not got through yet, I have kids and a cold house and cannot wait for google to respond so I am awaiting an emergency boiler repair.
