Hi, Our best cam doesn't live stream at all when we are at home and
phones connected to. WiFi network. To view live stream we have to
disable wifi and go on cellular network.Is this normal? Can't be
right...
Hi.. Comes with blank scren with error Live video unavailable..I have
tried using same WiFi as nest is on, different one. Just doesn't
work.Take it on cellular network and its back on..
