Hi, Our best cam doesn't live stream at all when we are at home and phones connected to. WiFi network. To view live stream we have to disable wifi and go on cellular network.
Is this normal? Can't be right...

That's not normal. What happens when you try? Did this just start happening? Is your phone using the same Wi-Fi network at home as your Google Nest Outdoor Camera?

Hi.. Comes with blank scren with error Live video unavailable..
I have tried using same WiFi as nest is on, different one. Just doesn't work.
Take it on cellular network and its back on..

That is bizarre. You could try contacting Google Nest Support starting with this link:
https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en
By the way, there are several posts in this forum about "Live video unavailable". On the first thread below, Google Nest said 4 weeks ago: "Our teams are aware of this behavior and are investigating."
