Chromecast no longer fast forwards or rewinds TV correctly. Old behavior
was Google speakers/Assistant would FF/rewind TV x minutes/seconds. New
behavior is FF/rewind command causes TV to restart from the beginning of
the broadcast. Factory resetting...
