Using the Google home app, Chromecast, and the Google nest mini, I am
unable to change channels on YouTube TV. I can control everything else
with voice except for changing channels on YouTube TV.

I finally heard a reply from technical support:It's a known issue. They
have found the bug in the system. They are starting to narrow down the
problem, but aren't 100% sure yet.
