This would imply that Google cares about that product. They don't care
about anything other than their ad and data vacuuming business. Every
other product is a means to that end.
Google support is a dog and pony show if you know how to plug in
anything more complicated than a floor lamp. If there is a problem, it's
always a bug, not user error. It's never worth your time to call.

Google is not trying to win more users. Google wants Home gone, and
losing users by attrition before they finally ole' yeller the platform
is exactly the goal.
