Bought a couple of Nest Cam Wired Indoor cameras some time ago. One I'd

Just spent a small fortune to replace all my cameras/doorbells with the

can't schedule alerts via the google home app? I.e. if I only want the

I would imagine the answer is that the new cameras were ready and in
light of the plan to sunset the Nest app and move everything to the home
app the decision was taken to make them only compatible with the Home
