Nest gen 3 failure of heatlink

Hi, My Nest gen 3 suddenly stopped working. 230v~ is available and goes in the heatlink but 12v isn’t coming out to the thermostat. The button only works when it’s USB powerd. I’ve bought it on 29 November 2019
