Yes it is connected to my WIFi with the correct password 

The Google support did a reset to get it all working. My nest app won't link to the thermostat and I sent a photo of the non connection it spins round n round it should automatically connect I am wondering if I need to uninstall my app n reinstall?

This has been rectified now by Google support thank you. the only problem now is my androiD phone won’t connect to my thermostat

Thank you yes I spoke to them and it was a complicated fix but it’s working. The only thing the best thermostat won’t connect to my phone
