Hi Mark, The instructions I had seemed to say I should use the Google
home app to connect to my Nest account. When I followed the link you
sent I found that I needed to use the Nest app. I did so and now am good
to go. Thanks so much!
Hi Mark, I am still not able to pair this Nest thermostat with my iPhone
despite the fact that it is connected with my WiFi and three other Nest
thermostats in the house are successfully paired with my iPhone. Any
ideas?
Thanks. The Nest troubleshooting info says that the Bluetooth is used to
link the thermostat to your Nest account. That is what is not working.
The thermostat is successfully installed and connected to my WiFi.
