Hi can someone give me some advice, my nest thermostat wont connect to
wifi, I've had no help on here for over 2 weeks, do I pay someone to
come and disconnect it so I can try to return it to the shop, I've owned
it for 6 months tho. Thanks.
I had an online chat with nest support and they went through all
possible ways to get it to connect which I'd already done so they have
sent me a replacement device which has connected instantly.

Thermostat has lost connection and wont reconnect to wifi network, it's
not finding any wifi network at all even after following all steps to
reset the device/settings and router.
