I purchased a house with nest protect and thermostat. The thermostat has connected but when I try to connect and add the protect I get to the stage with the blue light and I get an error on the app when it try’s to connect to the wifi. The error code...

Best protect network doesn’t appear

When going through the setup steps, you have to connect to the nest wifi network on your phone - this network never appears so I can’t get past this step? Any suggestions??
