Just had a new heat pump / oil furnace installed. The Honeywell T6 Pro worked correctly by switching over to oil when calling for 2 degrees or more of heat on the thermostat.The Nest does not do this. So far the only way to get the oil furnace to fun...

Hi Jeran,I returned the nest and bought a honeywell T6 Pro wifi. It works.

Agin, WHAT IS THE SPECIFIC PROBLEM THE NEST IS NOT DOING?Drop the CAPS - I think I explained it before. You are taking too many tangents. I'll return it at this point.
