Hi Heat link just decided to give up. Only 3 years old. No lights!! Tried all off the trouble shooting still nothing. Please help us.

Hi Alex All of the above has been tried!! Link completely dead. Received email from Google to arrange visit from one of there partners, to replace link. Crossed fingers it doesn't cost a fortune.
