Heating turned on with no input from me with no schedule or timers set.

My heating just came on with a room temperature at 17° with the thermostat set to 15°. There is no schedule set. The outside temperature is 7°.

I can set my thermostat to 21° with the app & later without my input it resets itself to 22° or 23°. I want to control the set temperature not the app.
