Heating turned on with no input from me with no schedule or timers set.

• My heating just came on with a room temperature at 17° with the thermostat set to 15°. There is no schedule set. The outside temperature is 7°.

A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Since when has this been happening? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
