@EdwardT this is my case number and still no response. Case ID [0-1779000033447]also my thermostat is warm and this is the issue. I don’t understand why it takes so long to come up with solution. It’s so frustrating

No not yet, and it’s very disappointing. The support team keep bouncing me around. I just bought the nest sensors to fix this issue.
