I set up zones a few days ago. Want to tweak them but when I go to
Activity Zones I get Unable to load image message. Current zones and
notifications are working. Camera is online and working. Trying to avoid
resetting the camera.
this topic should have been closed. It was for the doorbell cams and was
resolved with an update to the app. Please start a new thread. Brad,

I had this issue when first installing mine. Gave up for the evening and
the next day it worked. The Nest App for Android was just recently
updated to fix camera connection issues. Make sure you have the latest
and greatest.
