hi, Our nest heat link has stopped working. I can't do anything. Not even manual on and off. What do I do?? No lights no the heat link (amber 2.5)

Hi, managed to get BOXT to come out and replace the heat link the next day. Known fault with generation 3 heat links. He's replaced 1500 since February 
