I eventually found a solution by trial and error. I set the Eco temp to the temperature I wanted to hold at and then switched Eco mode on. It worked well enough.

Jake,Thanks for the reply. That article is just for setting and changing the schedule. It's got nothing about holding a temperature or overriding the schedule.
