I was able to solve the issue by contacting Google support. I had
created two accounts the camera had been set up under the account that
didn't have a subscription. Support was really helpful deleted the one I
had set up by accident moved the camera ...
I have the same issue. I switched from Nest to Google paid my nest aware
subscription but there is no longer any camera history past the same day
and no vidoes. I only have snapshots of events.
