Thank you...Scott, Its crazy, I shut the unit off and didn't have time to mess with it, when I went back and restarted the unit and plugged the nest back in things seem normal again...really frustrating

Hi Ken...I really have to share this, esp since with your guidance you gave me the confidence to tackle this!, so my HVAC specialist told me there wasn't any power going to one of the Nest thermostats...and the Nest did respond no power, no C power e...
