I used my Android Pixel 4a (5G) to cast YouTube music from my Premium account to a Chromecast plugged into my TV. It played a whole album OK.. my phone was inactive in my pocket for most of the time.Then I used my phone again to play just one track.....

Firstly, thanks for mentioning the 'Cast' word as I had been looking for a cast icon (I'm sure there was one previously) but now its in Three dot menu / Cast..Mine is working fine - I can see all of my 10 cast-enabled devices.. so at lease we know it...
