I have a smart switch on a heater, in a quite cold room (converted
garage). Is there any way the Nest Thermostat calling for heat could
also switch this heater on?I've added the correct smart switch app in
the Google Home app
I bought a used Nest 3rd Gen from CEx (This may be where the problem
arises! 樂 )Trying to install it in place of my current thermostat:I
found the mains voltage Live and Neutral wires in the wiring of my
cylinder and instead ran them to the Heat Link...
I have several smart plugs, and can control them by voice or by app -
but that wasn't my question.I wanted to know if the plug could be
switched by the status of the Nest Thermostat - when the heating is
called for, can a plug be switched on?
