I have had a nest thermostat since last September tried to set up but with no luck I keep getting emails from nest saying hope I've got it working I've replied back to the email to say no to find out that you cant reply back to the emails I still not...

Can any body help please I have a phone icon on the nest thermostate and I can't do anything with it I have the app on phone but nothing and it won't do anything
