Can any body help please I have a phone icon on the nest thermostate and I can't do anything with it I have the app on phone but nothing and it won't do anything

Hi I have still not got this set up as I can't connect it to the boiler and the small round hub all it keeps showing is a g and won't let me do anything even when I scan the bottom of its all its says is unable to connect to WiFi when my WiFi is fine and the one that goes on the wall dont understand as my old one is wireless they is no wires at all
