TD030 Nest Learning

I just installed my nest and it’s connected to my wifi however, I’m getting  a TD030 error message when trying to add nest to existing nest profile…

any suggestions?????

I’m having the exact issue. Can’t add to nest app or google home app.

This doesn’t help… but I’m having the same problem as well… Ugh!
