My Nest thermostat keeps letting my temperature drop

My Nest thermostat does not allow me to turn the temperature up.

The other night, my temperature dropped to 57 degrees. After a factory reset, it worked again.

What does it take to get this thing to run my furnace? I have turned the temperature up, but no go.

I am having the same exact issue. I live in Chicago and it's 10 degrees out. The 'nest' keeps dropping! It's at 51 degrees now. I'm on hold now

I’m experiencing the the same thing. The thermostat is ‘stuck’ at the safety temperature setting of 7c.  Regardless of where I adjust it to it just keeps the house at 7c.
