I have just installed a nest cam with floodlight, camera working well and one of the floodlight lamps but the other won’t work. Any ideas, is this a simple fault on the unit? I must add that this is my second install and nothing has been done differe...

My floodlight camera is not recording ‘ animal activity as a specific event. Any ideas if there is a specific setting and if so where can I find it. If the activity is not recorded as an event I can’t download the footage.
