Hi,I’ve forgotten my password to unlock the thermostat and have no
access to wifi to unlock on the app, I can see the techinalinfo file
when connected to a laptop.
My in-laws have lost the password to their thermostat and the unit shows
as offline on their app so they can’t unlock it that way, how do we
reset the thermostat ?
