Outdoor Blink gen2 cameras offline. Help

I reset my Blink sync module. My Blink gen2 outdoor cameras are made for 2.4 & I can't get them to link to the 2.4 alone without the 5g interrupting. Now I can't get them back online & I need help. I use the camera for security reasons.
