You answered my question, but unfortunately I can't set up the camera remotely, so it does not work.Are we positive there is NO work around? The camera is 2,000 miles away and I'd set it up to watch the house while I am away for summer.

No I cannot. I live 2,000 miles away from my camera. isn’t there a way to connect to this camera I paid for and have a subscription to, remotely? I have the serial and I have the QR. do I need to send someone over for a factory restart on a new email...

Hi Juni,I hired a task rabbit to be at the house today to help me fix my camera and we couldn't get it to work, even after a hard reset. I tried to add a new camera, and we tried a factory reset that didn't work too.What do you suggest?
