Same here. What a piece of junk. This is my second warranty replacement
in 9 months, this one just a month ago. The first two replacements were

supervisor to help. A few months ago, my 3rd Gen Nest thermostat fell
victim to what turned out to be a “known bug” (after I spent hours and
hours troubleshooting it). Nest sent ...
Don't you think anyone with A) the intelligence to have installed a
Smart Home device and B) the frustration level to have resorted to
posting here would have already searched your "help" docs? Those steps
don't work.
